Rear Differential Design & Assembly

This project showcases the construction of a rear differential. I was the lead engineer for the project. I oversaw the design and manufacturing tasks, guaranteeing that a quality product was created. The differential was modeled in Inventor. A stress analysis was performed to verify the strength of the gear teeth and ensure that minimal deflection would be present, thereby preventing the gears from binding. This project utilized my manufacturing skills, design, and engineering. Every part in this project, except for the bearings and bolts, was designed, manufactured, and tested before assembly.
